The particulars of the organization are as under:

Working Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
Holidays: The college shall remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays as declared by the Kolhan University, Chaibasa, and the Government of Jharkhand.

Undergraduate Courses Offered:

• B.A of four years duration (NEP) in the following subjects: Hindi, English, History, Political Science, Economics, Ho, Oriya, Psychology, Sociology.
• B.Com of four years duration (NEP) in Commerce Group-A.
• B.A/B.Com of three years Duration (CBCS).

Noamundi College is affiliated to Kolhan University, Chaibasa. The college has a Governing Body as per the provisions. It operates as per the rules and regulations made by the Government of India, UGC, and other Statutory bodies, State Government, and Affiliating University from time to time. The College falls under the 'Affiliated-unaided' category. Various bodies within the college maintain discipline on campus. All the cells/committees of the institution are under Statutory bodies and come under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005. All information about the college is open to the public and can be obtained by citizens of India.
