Ranked among the Top School in Jharkhand
Noamundi College established in 1987, is situated in the lap of nature, surrounded by seven hundred hills of Saranda forest. This college is set amidst dense sal tree forest with streams flowing in its vicinity. As Noamundi is placed at the centre of mining belt of Jharkhand and Odisha, most of the population is directly or indirectly dependent on mining and forest resources. This particular part of Jharkhand is inhabited by tribals belonging to ‘HO’ community.
